New Members: $50 non-refundable registration fee (one time per student)

- We strongly recommend that you notify your location of any planned absences or vacations throughout the school year. Please let us know when you register or at the beginning of each semester.

If you are unable to attend a class, you may arrange to make up through other available classes.
- To cancel your QUESTABOX membership, please email the administrator of your location. The date of the email transaction will become the date of record of your notice of termination.
- You must notify QUESTABOX in writing by the 15th of the month. For example, if you want to stop June 1st, you must notify QUESTABOX in writing by May 15th, otherwise you will be billed for June.
- If you registered by semester and want to cancel, you can get a 100% refund in cancelling before the semester starts. 70% on the 2nd week. NO refund from the 3rd week on.
- If you registered using a promotion (such as the early bird or summer promotion) and want to cancel before completion of the full program, you must consult with the administrator. Your refund will depend on the number of weeks completed, the number of weeks left in your program, and the conditions of the promotion used.
- Non-refundable registration fee and/or deposit will not be refunded.

Summer Break: No class for 2 weeks after Summer Camp ends in August, until the academic year starts.
